Thanks, Caitlyn, for your comment. i love Isaiah 40: 30-31 as well. I even have a wall plaque with the verse on it. I loved writing this story – trying to imagine what Matt and Mary Louise’s romance was like. I’m grateful Father Matt left the priesthood because I wouldn’t be here today! smile.
