Review: Vow of Justice

Happy Tuesday!

I’m sharing another review this week! This time from one of my favorite romantic suspense authors, Lynette Eason. Vow of Justice is the last book in the Blue Justice series. And today is it’s release day!

Let’s get started.

About the Book

FBI Special Agent Lincoln St. John is living his own personal nightmare. When the woman he loves, Allison Radcliffe, is killed, he devotes his life to tracking down the killers and making them pay for their crimes. He expected it to be a challenge. What he never expected was to find Allison very much alive shortly after her “murder.” As his anger and hurt mix with relief, Linc isn’t sure how he’s supposed to feel. One thing he does know for sure: he and Allison will have to work together to stop a killer before she dies a second time—this time for good.

My Thoughts

The Blue Justice series is over.

The St. John family may be one of my favorite families next to the O’Malleys and I’m sad to see their stories come to an end.

I’ve been wondering about Linc since book one. There was something about the FBI agent that had me curious. As the story opens, I honestly wasn’t sure where the book was going to go (I didn’t read the blurb). As the story develops and the relationship between Linc and Allie wobble on shaky ground, I kept turning the pages.

The whodunnit isn’t cut and dry. I admit I guessed a culprit but that wasn’t the end of the story. Through the pages I enjoyed the story as it unfolded and the mixture of romance and suspense (an awesome combo).

It was another great read by Ms. Eason and I’ll eagerly await her next release.

*I received a complimentary copy from the publisher via NetGalley. My review was not required nor influenced.
