Review of Protecting Her Daughter by Lynette Eason

I tell you, Christmas was good to me. I have tons of books in my TBR pile and a lot of them have my fingers itching to do a review. So here’s another review! (I know twice in one week!).

Lynette Eason is known for her ‘infinite suspense’ novels. She writes for LoveInspired as well as Revell. I try not to miss a single book, although I know I have a few to catch up on.

Protecting Her Daughter releases March 2016 and you can pre-order the novel on Amazon. You can also connect with Ms. Eason on her Website, Facebook, and Twitter.

My Review: In Protecting Her Daughter, Zoe’s daughter, Sophia, suffers the trauma of an attempted kidnapping. Scared for her daughter, Zoe runs to Wrangler’s Corner, intent on keeping her daughter safe. But trouble soon follows. Enter the good-looking veterinarian, Aaron, who comes to their rescue in the nick of time.

Y’all this novel is written in Ms. Eason’s high-suspense style. I had to keep turning the page to find out who was behind the attempted kidnapping. Just when I thought for sure I knew who it was, Ms. Eason flipped the script on me. But I didn’t mind, it kept the intrigue and kept me turning the page to the very end.

I love how Ms. Eason makes the characters relatable. They tug on your heart strings until you’re so invested, a happily ever after is a must for you to be satisfied. I will always be a fan of Ms. Eason’s novels and I look forward to the next one.

*I give this a 4 out of 5 only because people haven’t invented the .5 system yet.
*I received an arc in exchange for an honest review.
