TBT – Dr. Seuss

Today, in literature history, commemorates the death of Dr. Seuss, who died in 1991. He’s perhaps one of the most beloved children’s author of all times. Some of his books have been adapted for film and he continues to delight readers.

As an author, I can’t think of  a better legacy than continuing to delight new readers after death. I’ve read his stories to my children. Watched the movies with them. And our home was filled with laughter and joy because of his works.
His legacy has transferred to the classroom as kids dress in their favorite characters for Dr. Seuss Day.

So my question is what’s your favorite Dr. Seuss book? There are many to chose from and it might be hard to narrow down. My choice, “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.” It’s probably one of my favorites as well as the animated movie version. Share yours in the comments and have a blessed day!
